Terms & Conditions-Please read before buying

Prices given for personalised items are for one single name (without hyphen) or a single word in lower case lettering with captialisation for initial letter only.No additional initial letter for surname can be added.

If the requested wording is not suitable for the item purchased I will fully refund. Names with a hyphen or items with a full surname will be refunded. Initial letters added to order details for surname will not appear on a sewn bag

I reserve the right to decline an order with a full refund.

Postage is included to United Kingdom ONLY.Overseas including Ireland will incur additional postage costs. All items are sent by first class Royal Mail or Royal Mail Airmail.

Payment is by Paypal only.To pay by credit card please use Paypal option. You do not need a Paypal account.Paypal just process your credit card payment on my behalf.

If you wish to tell me any additional details please e-mail me directly as Paypal messages are not reliable.

All sacks are made to order. Please allow 10 days for delivery especially for personalised items and 14 days or 10 working days in July and August.Please allow 2-3 weeks for Christmas Sacks.

I will happily refund returns if you are not satisfied with the workmanship on return of the item. Personalised items are non refundable if the mistake is made by customer at time of order. Please ensure that all letters and spellings are correct at the time of your order.All items must be returned to me in their original condition within 14 days. Please e-mail me immediately if there is a problem with an item.
